All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

A quiet location, but with easy access to the city centre - bus stop 3 minutes walk away.
Limited menu for the evening meal, however, the food was of good quality. It would be good if they had more flexibility with wine,I.E.the ability to order a small caraffe.

The room is super small, the bad is super super small. Couldnt get much sleep because of the noise, wifi was so poor.

The breakfast was decent and provided a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area. The free parking was also a huge plus and made it easy for us to travel around to nearby attractions.
The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The beds were uncomfortable and made for a restless night's sleep.

Really helpful to be able to borrow a bicycle to get around. Excellent breakfasts. Very helpful staff. Free wifi.
It's on the edge of town behind a petrol station - not very attractive or accessible. 10 minutes from the centre in a bus that comes every 20- 30 minutes. The bedroom windows open, which is great, but there is no way to lock them at slightly open which may concern some people on the ground floor.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay. the location is ideal, being on the edge of the city but still conveniently close to the center of town. Whether you're exploring Uppsala or coming from Arlanda airport, this hotel's location is perfect. Secondly, the service provided by the staff is top-notch. They are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. In terms of amenities, the rooms are basic but clean, and the breakfast is simply delicious. You can start your day with a great meal that offers a variety of choices. Plus, the prices are reasonable and provide good value for money.
All was fine, nothing to complain about here.

Easy location to find, convenient from the e-4 freeway and free onsite parking. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Hotel was quiet.
Only one elevator, but it worked. Room numbering was the strangest I've ever seen where rooms 200-239 were on the second level and rooms 240-280 were on the third level...very confusing.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, nice gym, excellent Internet connection, bikes to borrow for free as long as you need (provided others have not borrowed all 4 before you)
Impractical soap containers (you need both hands to get the soap out), which they present as particularly "eco-friendly", a weird multi-segment trash bin for fanatic recyclers where nothing fits in, plus one seriously annoying thing: you cannot lock your window in a ventilation position but have to either have it all open or all shut. This is disturbing when you are accommodated in a single room on the bottom floor, even though Sweden has the reputation of a very safe country.

Located conveniently to the city center and nearby areas, this hotel offers easy access to many popular spots like the airport and surrounding restaurants. Rooms are clean and well-maintained with a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast is varied and a good start to the day, and plenty of facilities are available to make the stay easier.

The hotel was easy to find with a car because it was outside the centrum. Free parking was a huge benefit. Breakfast was good but near the closing time warm food started to be cold and cold food warm. Personel seemed to consist of young and nice people. Beds were good to sleep and the place seemed to be rather quiet. Hotel provided bicycles for free, this was very handy to get to the centrum without a car in 5-10 mins.
No fridge in the rooms but luckily one could get ice cubes from the corridor. The hotel seemed to be quite old and worn so one doesn't get a feeling of luxury. There was a huge discrepancy between the price the hotel tried to charged compared to the one reported during booking.

The breakfast had a great variety of high-quality food with options for people with dietary restrictions. I also appreciate that parking was included and the hotel had electric car chargers close to the entrance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
Cannot find any fault.
